I think BMW has shifted around the option packages since my '13 was made. Like all manufacturers, they group options to increase profits, but some of the end results are kind of weird. Things I wanted came with the premium pkg., but I was stuck with the most expensive (for the manufacturer) option I didn't want; the giant sunroof. It's ridiculous how much they charge for tech items, some of which are standard on Kia Rios.
