Damn, I forgot to check the springs when I swapped my wheels. I'll try to check in the next couple weeks.
Re: the fog lights, the symptom occurs regardless if I have my turn signals on or not. I wonder if the PO did some funky wiring down there.

As for the headlight thing, it may have something to do with the adaptive lighting deal where the fog lights activate on one side when you turn the wheel or put the blinker on. Or is it independent of that? That's the only reason that only one of them should be on.
