I went to dealer for a fix and was told it could be 79.5mph before considered a problem. Audi says 2%. Ironically the odometer was extremely accurate, .1mile off after 20 miles.

Other than the sensation of that you are going slower than what the speedo shows, which you actually are, one advantage is that it might save you from meeting a highway patrol officer who wants to give you a present.
