I've got Muscular Dystrophy CMT type and can barely walk to my X1 or Mazda RX8.
Once in I can drive fast on a sports car track, but have had some pedal trouble here and there.
I'd say the X1 is the best position for my 6' tall body, and missed the brake on the RX8 while ago after getting used to the X1.
The RX8 is horrendous for auto pedal position since the engine is pushed far back where trans should be in that car.
I find the X1 with M Sport to be the best adjustable seating and controls position of any car I've seen.
One needs the right shoes and seat time to be confident.
