It might be worth checking if your seat heater is somehow activating?

One last thing is that I think the "eco pro" button reduces the AC power, so I don't use that anymore. In the F30, you can tell eco pro not to reduce the AC, but there's no such option in our E84

Other than that, I don't have any other guesses.. I haven't experienced this, whether the seats are vinyl (e90, f30), leather (e84, e89) or cloth (f80)....
