They are on a promo sale right now for $1366 shipped, which is really a fantastic deal. It almost seems too good to be true - 21lbs, flow formed, JWL/VIA approved - the wheels are stamped with these marking and Sonic Tuning explicitly confirmed they passed, but I still have asked to get in touch with the manufacturer to try to get a certificate.
These are the same price as Apex wheels, look way better, and weigh less? Hard to beat if the safety certifications are really what they say they are.
I think I am going to order a 5mm spacer just in case they can't fit them on.
