Doing 4 rounds of what you mentioned above without rest is definitely cardio. Doing 4 rounds of what you mentioned above WITH rest is easy as shit and definitely wouldn't build muscle on anyone but a noobie.
I too am interested in your background a stats Chasing... You seem to think you know more than everyone else.
edit: perhaps we just believe in different definitions of strength. None of there success stories would be anywhere close to my ideal body type...
