How can you say that the injectors have failed a 2nd time when it appears that "maybe" they didn't fail the first time? It's possible, perhaps likely, the dealer misdiagnosed your problem and replaced your injectors for nothing.
I could understand a single injector going bad and needing replacement but if that had happened the car should still run...just not very well. And it would certainly start. However, if one of the fuel pumps was failing then that would affect all cylinders and could certainly leave you on the roadside.
I'm betting the dealer service dept screwed this up with poor troubleshooting.
