Audi has not confirmed that the Q3 will ever be sold in the US. My guess is that it won't ever come here. But if it does, I think the chances of it being available with a manual transmission are about zero. The A4 Avant has not been available with a 6-speed since 2009. The A4 Allroad is another car that will never be available here.
