I got my car with tint already on all windows and I am registered in NJ which also doesn't allow front windows tint. I have to go for inspection when I get my plates transferred and I'm assuming they will ask me to remove it to get the state sticker.

I had to do my tints in the beginning of the month. I want to the shop I usually go to and told me I wouldn't pass it cuz of the front tints. But you always find a shop that would pass it for you if you a pay them a little extra on top of the inspection fee
All you need to do is find a shop that would do it for you. But you going to pay a little extra
