Just a followup,
It seems like my rotors are smoothing out, I still have some grooves but not as bad as when I started this thread.
I did ask the dealer what it will cost me for new pads and rotors on all four corners, I nearly had a stroke when he told me $1830.00
I will definitely do it my self at some point, the hardware will probably be around $300
