They should have recorded the mileage when they took it in, but now that you have it at home for the weekend this is going to be difficult. If they are open today, I would get right back over there and go directly to the manager - not to accuse, but for you guys to figure this out together. If there was some sort of hanky-panky you'll discover it together and he'll feel like he wants to get to the bottom of it too.
Either way take a picture of the odometer now and send it to yourself or someone to establish the mileage at a certain given time and date.
