I miss the manual. But I've always had BMWs and it just didn't feel...right. My mistake was getting the two-door. Really missed that extra set of doors...and was a big reason why I went to the X1, although I'd always liked the E84. And I love the sound of a BMW straight six. Four cylinders just don't make the "right" noise for me.
I still need to do my Alpina flash.
