Could it possible lock someones fingers in the car? Seems like added weight and complexity for nothing gained. A sense of luxury could be attained by adding features that are useful. Like a quality audio system, rear heated seats, a rear windshield wiper that clears the whole window and not just a small part. Thicker seats like the Audi All Road. The X5 interior does look really high quality.
