Yes the wheels and tires are staggered. As long as you stay within 3% circumference front to back you will be fine with the x drive. Most BMW X drives come staggered from the factory.
Wheels are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5. Tires are 235/35 and 275/30. Which are Identical rolling radius, no problem.
