The 5 series (and I believe the 7...so probably the 6 as well) have historically used a different hub bore vs. the 3 series-based cars. Assume that's still the case now.
That can be cured with a hub-centric ring without issue.
You didn't mention which engine you'd have...as the size of your brakes may also be a factor.
