I tried this "stab" test from a stop this morning and my vehicle responds (without even hitting the floor). I never tried this before installing the BMS stage 1 tune but I have never experienced the extent of throttle lag others have reported over on the other forum. My X1 has very slight drive-by-wire lag on par with my 2009 128i and 335i. I'm not sure why the vast differences in experiences with the X1.

My other car is an S2000 so I should be even more sensitive to lag.

In ECO PRO I have significant lag even in P or N.
