Not sure about the JB4 coding but there are a couple options... Either learn how to code this yourself (not overly difficult but time consuming), find out if there are any coders in your area, get it coded remotely, or, my personal favorite, get Carly for BMW (also known as BMWhat).
Carly for BMW is probably the easiest and most fool proof.
Edit: by learn to code yourself I meant using NCS Expert and such...
