I do consider a car with simply a tune, chargepipe, and E85 lightly modded - as I think many people do. These are mods you can return to stock in 30 minutes flat by yourself. Heavily modded would include stuff like meth, RB turbos, etc.

I was referring to your statement that "even without a DP, it's making essentially the same RWHP as an M3" (I'd quote but I'm now mobile).
Can you run E85 on Map 5 without a DP?
