To be honest, it was quite expensive, but not something terribly bad. I got my X1 in February of this year, and I nearly completed my X-Line retrofit in august.
My best bet is use "getbmwparts.com" to buy everything, except for the rear bumper. I am more than happy to walk you through it if you want.
If you want to get the Sport Line? you're in luck. The sport and X-line parts are the same, just different color.
