One certainly doesn't project the same image in a Countryman and an X1. Beyond that it's a matter of personal taste.
As much as I didn't mind driving my wife's Clubman once in a while, I wouldn't be caught dead in a Countryman.
On the other hand, I never miss an opportunity to use her X1 !!
