My 18d sdrive had its 20k miles service today. I asked the stealer to look at the clutch thinking they would say it's working perfectly, but to my surprise they confirmed the judder and slipping. Going to have the new clutch fitted soon, which the service manager explained is a modified version. In his words "Putting the same type back on is not going to help".
They're also doing a pulley and tensioner replacement as there's an awful shh, shh, shh noise from the engine.
Going to be without my X1 for a whole week

Ps. Got an MY11 318i petrol auto tourer today as the loan car. My X1 is a far better ride and has better seats... even tough they're standard ones!
