Just as an FYI, the stock cable comes out from beneath the carpet. Because the sprint booster adds length from the cable connector to the pedal connector, I think it is better to just tuck the Sprint booster and settings harness under the carpet and have it come out at the top of the carpet (switch cable beneath the carpet). It is easy to pull back the top of the carpet and put it back again. You can then mount the switch where you have it with no wires showing on top of the carpet.
