I didn't see any M Sport one in the open. Sometimes they add/drop models throughout the week at the Auto Show.
I do know there were some funky options on that floor. For instance, the F30 328i had the Luxury Line and Sport seats. The BMW rep couldn't explain it because those options are not available together in the USA.
