There's the Alpina B3 flash, but I don't know how effective it is for removing this hesitation. I really hate this, and I will find a cure, if it's possible. Seriously, it's feels unsafe, sometimes. Oh, and BTW; I tried the manual mode, (no paddles) and it's a PITA. I've got an A/T; why should I shift?
