That's pretty damn funny.
I read when I was ten or so some book about an English lord with a wide range of attitude issues. He kept talking about his bitch, and bitches. It took me an other ten years to realize he wasn't talking about his wife.
The same thing happened with Alice Cooper song. "your poison running through my veins.." I thought he was dying because he had been listening to that shitty band Poison. The meaning of the song changed a bit with that realization.
Fourth language explains a lot but I have my moments too.
