I think this is true for 97% of the place. A former employer had a plant there which I visited on occasion to bless them with my magical powers. If it wasn't for the barbeque I would have said "set a match to the place." Waitaminit, that might have made the barbeque better...

I googled Greenville. Adjusted my percentage down. Looks nice.
As for the BMW plant, you could live in the Greenville vicinity and have about a 30 minute commute each way. Tempting.
