Try taking off the inside paneling and actually looking at the mechanism. Something might have gotten loose / popped off so it might be a simple fix.
If you're not comfortable doing that yourself then i think your only option is the dealership or an independent shop.
Anyone on here maybe encounter this problem previously and can provide first hand insight?
