So we decided to pass on the car and went back to BMW to get back our deposit :/ Not worth the the risk I feel, especially at the mileage and cost of the car ($17,500 with 61,xxx) Instead I found a 2013 X1 35i with 42,xxx for $18,500 with nav and all that jazz. Seems like a better and more reliable motor and overall better car for the cost.
