It looks like the base price 2013 X1 2.8 has been dropped from $38500 to $36900.
It's a BS , they've just reduced the value of 2012 ones by as much as $ 2700.

I'll give BMW Canada a call tomorrow and ask for rebate(some sort

) and see what happens .
