Yes I currently have 60 CD's on my HDD. The artist, title and tracks all display on the screen and you can switch between them easily.
As for handling, my X1 is a 23d with sports suspension and wider 18" wheels on the rear. I owned a Porsche Boxster S sport edition before the X1 and the handling while not quite the same is very good...and that's before putting it into sport mode
