If it's like the aFe one I tried, don't bother. It did nothing. If it's more like BMS modules, you'll have serious gains. I don't know much about the world of diesel tuning so I can't really vouch for KraftWerk's ability to get more power. You can try it and see what it does, after all, it's only money.
