Accessories for the X1 in the USA

While I'm waiting for my X1 to get on a ship I've been thinking about necessary accessories. I've got plenty of time to order them in advance if I can figure out what I need. For all of you already tooling around in your cars, help!

The standard equipment lists floor mats so I'm guessing I don't have to buy them unless I want the rubber kind. But I'm sure I will want something in the rear cargo area. BMWUSA lists these two:

Anyone with experience with either of these? I want something that will prevent any fluids from spilling.

Also any 3rd party alternatives I should consider.

On the entertainment front I'll be asking my dealer to supply any needed Ipod/Iphone cabling. My car has Idrive and I'm using an Iphone 4S so as long as they give me the proper cable I should be set there.

What I'm considering is a way to put a portable DVD player in the back to keep my 3 year old busy. BMW has one, but it is pricey.

Anyone suggest a good aftermarket solution?

And speaking of 3 year olds, what do people use to protect the rear seat leather from the required car seat? I have cloth seats right now so this hasn't been an issue. I was thinking to use an old bath towel which would not be elegant but would be cheap!

Finally any "must have" accessories that I should be looking at? Especially after market stuff that isn't on the BMWUSA page?
