This is an old post, and also a forum for the first gen X1 (2013-2015 US) and is a different car than your X1, which is 2016-current. Check out the F48 X1 forum to find the accurate specs for your car. Unfortunately it is a very different car than the first gen, and will have a lower towing capacity.
