I took my 2013 X1 with 6,715 km on it in to have the winter tires installed and requested an oil change. The SA said that was no problem and that the computer was showing I was due for a brake fliud service and new micro filter in Febuary, so he would do those services now to save me a trip back to the dealership.
I ended up with an X1 because of the great service my wife was getting on her 2012 128, and I have not been disappointed with the car or the dealership (who is the only BMW dealer for a few thousand kilometres).
The new building that they just moved into is designed so that the customer lounge looks directly into the service bays so that you can get a coffee and watch your car being serviced.
