It's probably what we'll replace our X1 with. The 4GC adds the practicality of a hatch to the 3er sedan without giving up a lot of headroom. Plus it's available with rwd and the N55 or hopefully the new 6 by next year.
We'd likely do a 335i/340i sDrive F31 if they offer it, but it's nice to know the F36 is already available.
