Demand that they dial it in - it's totally possible for the alignment to be perfect on the printout.
Can you post a pic of the "after" printout, or do you have one?

Thanks, they provided a printout after the first alignment, but the 2nd one was at the end of the day and I was a "walk-in" appt so I just took their word that the problem was fixed. So aggravating because it takes about 2 hours each with the wait.
