Hi Djorre,
Just for your (and anyone else interested) I was able using ENET cable extract 1B file using method explained here:

Used Total Commander for FTP connection and then HEX edit to perform necessary edits. After that FSC generator worked perfectly on 1B. So it can be considered as alternative just for FSC generator (not for coding of course).
