they should offer it to you. i made my first appointment at my local bmw yesterday for service (2hrs) and they offered me one... i said sure why not.
i must say being a new bmw owner i feel pretty cool when im there... they staff is pretty friendly and i got free bmw water and candy. no complaints so far!
