Just picked it up a few days ago. 2010 ZR1.
Figuring out how to get the damn power down! It's so fast. Has pilot sports on. Was hoping it had pilot super sports or ps2. Something stickier. Loving it so far. Quite a thrill. I track a fair amount so I'm excited to get it on the track.
I live in Los Angeles. Came from an E92 M3 (KW Clubsports, Apr Aero, Stoptech BBK). I run at buttonwillow raceway
Where my best was a 1:57:7 and at willow springs where I ran a 1:30:9.
I always ran hankook Rs3 tires. Prob go to r888 for this or need to see what else they make in sizes for the vette. Curious to see what I manage in this car. Drove my friends Z06 thats turned into a track car and it turned me.
This this breaks loose so easily. Getting a feel for the pedal. . I used to have a supercharged e92 m3 as well and they don't compare. Although I ran a low boost setup on the M. The ZR1 in terms of power is absolutely insane. It you floor it in second at any rpm tires just break loose, you have to be so progressive and smooth on throttle input. It's an absolute blast and puts a smile on everyone's face.
