The diagonal of a turned wheel is longer than the rectangle of a straight wheel. Just where the corners of the diagonal end up is affected by spacers - in your case, it appears that it lines up with the bolt, where it otherwise would be inside the bolt.

That said, there should be more clearance than this - imagine doing a turn on a bumpy road.
