how are the scissor style jacks as far as working on say the transmission or exhaust mid-pipes? I would think that could be a real draw back to that style lift. as some of said I may just save the cash and buy a nice jack and call it a day but putting the motor in my 2 was a pita last time I did it with jacks, jack stands and a hoist cause its easiest done by lowering the car onto the engine. also like to be able to do "normal" maintenance easier on the e90
