I like the fact that it's portable and don't have to bolt it down. You can even move it to another part of your driveway and/or street if needed.

I've had that lift for many years now and it has lasted very well.
Don't get too excited about portability though, it's pretty heavy duty.
Also, you will need ramps of some sort so that you can drive over it.
The floor also needs to be reasonably level.
I now have built in ramps, which have worked out great.
I also cut steel plates into the floor for the rollers to run on.
Over time it wears down the concrete.
