Everyone rates Michelin PSS as best in rain and lasts longer than other sticky street tires as long as you don't race on track day.
I mostly buy the best rain tires with near best dry, and these are the closest I've read about.
Therefore, the cost per mile shouldn't be much more than other great street tires that only go 10k.
