I love BMWs...I'm on my 5th....I trade them all in before the warranty expires....anything breaks and its big bucks!
Both adaptive xenons went on my 2008 328xi coupe. Had them replaced under warranty but my SA said they would have been..........wait for it.......$1200 each!!! For a headlight. All four suspension mounts needed replacing, radio amp blew and the head was faulty and needed replacing under recall....that one would have been a cool $8000!!!
Camshaft on my first X1 needed replacing under warranty. Huge money!
2 fuel pumps went on my 2005 330i sedan.
My dealership is great and they always fix everything right the first time. I get a free loaner and gourmet coffee and snacks.
I'd never own one outside of warranty.
