I had the same lug size difference on my set of wheels (off of a 5 series). Only had them on for a couple months but didn't have any issues. The wheel sits on the hub (which should be same but double check) and on the rim of the lug nut. Since it doesn't sit on the actual thread I don't think the 2mm difference in thread size should matter.
