Yes it does. In Canada at least.
Look at the attachment below. It is a 2.8 fully loaded not a 3.5 and the cost is $51.752 + GST
My 2012 was $54.000 brand new but since 2013 (I think) they do not offer Harman Kardon in the 2.8 anymore, nor headlamp washers, and some other stuff.
Anyway, I still believe that the X1 is one of the "bang for the buck" cars, you get a very nice package for the money. (This model with biased RWD true X-drive not the new one).
Audi is not in my books, and I will never give up an X1 for an A4 Allroad. No way Jose!
