Adjustable lumbar support is a must-have for me, but otherwise they both look pretty good.
If you go for the one in Seattle, I would definitely negotiate a price via email before making the trip. I would expect you to at least get it down at least $2000 or so, especially if you play them against the lower-priced one that's closer and more convenient. Just be upfront and say you'll make the drive if they make you a deal.
