Yes, they will sell you anything you want. Remember that a headliner also requires visors, light covers, the airbag labels, etc. I recall it was about $2k in parts for a 135i.
RealOEM is a great source for part diagrams and numbers. You can cross reference those off of your dealer or something like ECS to get pricing.
