So we ended up going with the Cybex Aton. They also have the Aton 2 and Aton Q which had a couple of increased safety features but I couldn't justify the huge price jump so we went with the entry level one. All are the same size. With the base and seat behind my wife on the passenger side, she is plenty comfortable for road trips.
